Out of the box WordPress is already technically quite a good platform for SEO. If your theme is built properly your SEO rank should be even better. This plugin is one of the most popular with the reason. It was the one of the first contact form out there and it’s constantly upgraded. You can create your own form and with simple shortcode you can place it anywhere on your site.

One of the best things about this plugin is that you don’t need to update each individual posts with the new link in case that you need to change your affiliate ID. You only need to update your custom link and it will affect all your links across your blog.
